株式会社修美工業は、検査業務のDX化の一環として、ダクトホース検査支援システム「ECONA Inspector」を開発しました。
本システムは、エコーナシステムで使用する集塵機に接続されるダクトホース内部を、主に現場での使用終了後に360°カメラで撮影し、その映像を用いて検査・評価・記録を支援するものです。
また、検査者が映像上で指定した検査対象箇所とその評価結果をアノテーションデータとして保存することで、日々の検査業務を通じてデータを継続的に蓄積することができます。
今後も実際のメンテナンス業務で運用しながら改善を重ね、検査業務の効率化と品質向上を図るとともに、得られるデータを将来的に活用できる資産として蓄積してまいります。

Development of the Duct Hose Inspection Support System “ECONA Inspector”
Shubi Anti-Corrosion Co., Ltd. has developed ECONA Inspector, a duct hose inspection support system, as part of its efforts to promote the digital transformation (DX) of inspection operations.
The system uses a 360-degree camera to capture footage inside duct hoses connected to dust collectors used in the ECONA SYSTEM, primarily after the duct hoses have been used at the work site. The captured footage is used to support inspection, evaluation, and record keeping.
ECONA Inspector enables inspectors to review the footage, identify areas to be inspected, and evaluate and record their condition.
In addition, the inspection areas specified by inspectors in the footage and their evaluation results are saved as annotation data, enabling data to be continuously accumulated through day-to-day inspection operations.
Shubi Anti-Corrosion Co., Ltd. will continue to improve ECONA Inspector through its use in actual maintenance operations, enhancing the efficiency and quality of inspections while building a valuable data asset for future use.
